Im looking for input on these, good bad and ugly. I'm sold on the style of shirt, but I'm unsure of the color. I like all of the hats, but I need to stick with 1 or 2 designs. Here's what I got so far...
Thanks in advance!
Checkers

the white hat works best with your logo. I'm not sure how clean it will stay. I agree with George about the flames. the checkers can be pulled off because of your name. Also the shirt is nice but I would go with a differant color like red or black. If you make it look like a corporation uniform it can work. If you want a racecar look I would reconsider. My self... I am not a big fan of checkers, but in this case I think they will work well. Best of luck.

Now see, I like the flames hat. My eye goes from the logo to the flames, back to the logo and so forth. The other ones, my eye takes in the logo then follows the graphic right off the edge of the hat and stops. I would looks for a gray, black or red shirt.

Hey Brian, I really like your logo. I'd hate to see it on some cheesy "nascar" looking hat with those patterns on it. But if I had to pick one it would be the red. My 1.5 cents.

I would go for the red, it jumps out at you. It's not like your worried about legibility from a distance, thus the red background behind the red "Checkers" isnt really an issue.
Just my 2cents.
Im not sure on the shirt but I kind of like it. The color isn't bold and it will hide some of the daily dirt, yet still stand out among other peoples shirts, it also pulls the color of the circle into perspective.

White. The reds balance out, and it's not too distracting.
I'm like everybody else, where and when can I get one?

Red one, with just that bit of side check on one edge of the bill. Sharp!
If you want your logo to jump out abit more on that red, just encompass it with a thin white casing around it.
The red hat is simple ... I like that. Classic.
The "flame" flair on the top two look alittle fru-fru ... almost feather like. I just don't care for the flame treatment on the bottom left one. Flame and checks just abit too busy and conflicting as George says.
Just a thought, but I think the hat would be cool in any of the three colours, and then just have the entire bill w/ checks. Simple ... non of the other frills.

Checkers, my preference is the black because they make the logo stand out more. Don't distract too much from your logo unless most of your clients are racing fans.

I really love that logo Checkers. And it looks great on the white cap. The shirt also is the best color.
