I'm all about two and three-tiered quotes; its how I do the majority of my jobs. But when someone gives you specifications, you have the right to expect them to be exactly that - SPECIFIC - not adjustable according to the abilities or preferences of the bidder. Unfortunately, as I said, there are so many variables involved in sign making that a true apples to apples bid is rare.
