Signlab will not respond to either the import or export command..sort of locks up... I have hit the close program icon several time to get out and re-open. The cut and paste technique is a little buggy also... elements are rearranged or missing when I hit ctr V or paste..I have customer files on 4 different computers in different locations..the import command is a must for me..another problem a dishonest former partner took my Signlab 5 software so I have no way of re-loading.

I am not sure what the fix for this is exactly but Maybe you should contact Cadlink and maybe they can send you a new disk since you own the dongle I would say that should be proof of ownership. But it may require an upgrade they are at version 7.1 and to ask them to continue supporting version 5 maybe to much.

Yeah there's that darn Signlab's "Lifetime-free-tech-support-till-we-change-our-minds" policy at work for you.

But Frank is a good guy. See if you can get him to actually talk to you on the phone--if anybody can figure it out, he can.
