A letterhead getting caught in a room with a letterhead woman by her husband. It was quite the doozy event! Maybe you had to be there....

When was your last deja vu? (Mine was when Laura asked what crazy things land on my computer as I clicked to type that same question! My cat!) anyway, what has happened lately that you knew ahead of time, been there, wondering how you lived it before?

Too many backed up for me to answer... so here's one from Deb: deja vu- it was about three days ago. It related to measuring a building for some signs, and I'm sure I measured it years before in a dream or something like that.
Where do you go for inspiration when you've run out of ideas?

Coroplast! HAHAHAHA No not really, I'd choose Aluminum. Comes in colors, takes paint or vynull, and is lightweight. I woulda said Alumalite but Karyn has me skeered of it.
Have you every spelled anything wrong on a sign and if so, what was it?

Favorite joke. Two farmers standing by the fence admiring farmer #1 most valuable pig.
Farmer #2 says "thats a mighty fine pig but why does it have a wooden leg?"
Farmer #1 says "ah, the pig is valuable to me because one time he saw that the tractor had rolled over on me and he went for help. Another time he saw that I was drowning and he swam out and saved my life."
Farmer #2 says "thats great. But why does he have a wooden leg."
Farmer#1 says " Ah, that pig is so valuable, you can't eat him all at once.."
If you could have anyone to appendice under for one day, who would it be?

"My sign," (that I didn't make or hang) "fell off the wall, can you come fix it today," (Sunday). Ya, I'll be right there.

Edited to say that: I think some confusion comes from the fact that we enjoy reading the responses so muchn that someone else answers before we do. Maybe refresh the page before responding to make sure we are responding to the correct question.

Hawaii for a couple months, visiting all the islands, with a hut on the beach in each location, complete with a nanny cody adores, with tons of local kids for him to play with, and a little beach front pub I can walk to all alone and enjoy anytime. Ahhhh... Ok, maybe have someone special on my arm.

With any luck, I'll get them to my CPA by Monday and then it's up to her! Last couple of years I dragged it out but not this year!
Oops! Forgot another question... When was the last time you did something really kind for someone else? What was it? (It's okay to toot your own horn here since I asked.)

It was around Christmas. I was looking after my neighbour's kids for awhile as she rarely got a break. I baked cookies that afternoon while the kids played. Then I had all the kids dress up Christmas like and we went out with the cookies door to door caroling while we gave them a plateful. I wanted to thank my neighbours for making me feel so at home in a new neighbourhood and told each one of them that. The kids took turns holding the plate of honor.
Our last stop was the mom of the kids I was watching. She opened the door and her jaw dropped to see her own kidlets caroling to her. Tears sprung into her eyes and I got the biggest hug ever.
The next day I recieved a plateful of cookies and a card from her. It was a very moving message in the card and made me so very glad to be able to give her such a lift when she needed it most.

27+ years ago at Christmas, I was recently divorced and feeling pretty down on the world in general. I had decided that I just would not participate in Christmas this year. I was home alone in the farm house that I rented, drinking wine, listening to sad music on Christmas eve... REALLY feeling sorry for myself. Here comes the landlord's teenage daughter with a little christmas ornament, a bag of food each for my dog and my cats and just left it out on the front porch. I think of her every year when I put that ornament on the tree. It was such a little thing, but it was really a sparkling star in MY life at the time and it really meant alot to me that a young girl that hardly knew me, was worried about how I was doing. It just renewed my faith in mankind. I still hated MEN for a while, till I met Bill that spring and he swept me off my feet!
Who was the first letterhead that you met, face to face??
