Don't have cable or satellite so I guess that automatically limits me.
The WB runs 2 episodes of the Simpsons and 2 episodes of South Park every night which I'll watch if I can manage to stay awake long enough. That's it for my TV watching. I run to the gym at 6-6:30pm and stay there til 8 to keep myself from sittin' watching TV all night. By the time I get home, prepare and eat dinner, it's just about 9pm and time for bed cause I'm wiped out from the gym. Helps me sleep though.

Buggered if I can see anything worth watching on PAYTV. The salespeople have assured me I can watch any sporting event I can think of. I can't think of any sporting event I would care to watch. I could also watch as many documentaries as I can think of, so long as I don't mind watching the same ones repeated hour after hour and week after week so long as they didn't interfere with any sporting events/cartoons/dramas. Having a second TV would only further complicate things and I need that like I need a hole in the head. My kids would probably like to watch cartoons 24/7 but I prefer they chase each other and the dog around the pool/paddock. It's only television Turn it off and read a book or newspaper.

Anything that shows Law and Order.........dunt dunt
We're big movie buffs, especially old black and whites so we watch a lot of AMC, TNT, TMC, HBO, Hallmark and HBO. Sundance and IFC are especially good for hidden jewels.
TLC Discovery History HGTV
I used to watch all the bike/car building shows, but unless Mike or CJ is gonna be shown, I pass. I got so burned out by all the deadlines and personality conflicts they just have to throw in there I couldn't hack it any more. We won't even go into the paint jobs that are supposidly done in one evening

Speaking of which, whatever happen to "American Hotrod"? That was my favorite train wreck about to happen ever. Poor Mike gets caught doing wheel designs for Foose on Coddington's dime and the show disappears an episode or two later.

GOOD!!!! Couldn't have happened to a more deserving asshole.............always bothered me he got role of american hot rod hero, that's from a man that stole and cheated his way to fortune, anything bad that happens to him is fine w/me, it doesn't return money lost to him in original venture, but goes long ways in seeing that he doesn't make a lasting impression on our younger hotrodders that may look up to him as an icon...everytime I forced myself to watch that show, it burned my butt to see equipment we bought and was CLAIMED to be stolen before bankruptcy court could put a hold on it...so, GOOD, good riddance...Discovery should be ashamed of themselves for not doing their homework when they picked him to begin with, makes one question their integrity.....and smarts. Only thing about it all that was cool, was seeing him lose help, good help, to Chip. Got glimpse of Mike in latest Overhauln'...heheheh

TV Land ...Andy Griffith is my favorite , did you know the signpainter in Mayberry was named Charlie Phelps? He painted the star on Barney's motorcycle.
AMC...Love the old westerns
TCM...Love the old movies
Food network...Love Unwrapped and Rachel Ray. Even better would be Rachel Ray Unwrapped

Used to be CNN, but now I read their reports online. Now I can skip the goofy Hollywood "gag me with a spoon" gossip reports, moronic tales about the families who collect lint in Iowa and "analyists" browbeating each other mercilessly on camera. (BTW: Analysists...the first part of their job description pretty much sums up their overall attitude.)
Used to be HBO until video rentals came along. I like movies, but I'm not shelling out the bucks to watch one 147 times in one month. Rent it once, pay attention and send it back...werks fer me.
Used to like the networks until they started doing reality TV...which is a contradiction in terms. *I've never danced or skated with the stars..most of which were stars when I was in diapers and have since seen their careers disappear...and "The Love Boat" on ice is not worthy of my time. *I feel that being trapped on an island by a network is not likely to happen in the near future, but if it does, I will not be jumping through hoops for them, but wrestling their cameras away and making them get me the hell of that godforsaken mass of dirt. I'm a REAL survivor...nuff said! *I don't wanna see some badass nanny straighten out spoiled brats. I would rather see them pass out "Parents" magazine to the hopeless idiots who spawned these little monsters with their own ineptitude. *Simon's the kind of guy that you just wanna smack up side the head. Wanna see good ratings? A half hour show of veiwers and former contestants venting up side of his head would be a real treat!

I sometimes go months without watching television. I would much rather read. If I do have the little TV by my desk on while working late, it will be on PBS or the news. Occasionally, I'll watch a football game, but I always have something to read or work on while doing it.
