On March 3rd, the convoy will leave our house here in Niagara Falls for the last time. That is when we officially leave the state and head for our new life in Minnesota.
We placed our house for sale on November 1st. Last week, a guy came over to look at the house. He said he instantly fell in love with the place and Sunday afternoon, he made an offer on the ol' homestead.
Long story short, we have all come to an agreement and he will close on the house on March 3rd. We are amazed that the house sold in only nine weeks! This is not to mention that the Holiday season happened in the same period! Plus in Niagara Falls? WOW!
We will be moving temporarily to Golden Valley, MN to live with Dana's mom and dad. Keep posted for future details!

What's this? Don't you know; You can take the boy out of North Tonawanda but you can't take North Tonawanda out of the boy. It's not just in your blood, it's in your lungs, your hair, your clothes. It's that black schmutz you wipe off your windshield. That's the real New York! And you want to leave it all behind. Harumpf.
And just who's supposed to be the local Letterhead now eh? 'Cuz don't even think that I'm coming back to NT. I always said it was a great place to be from - far from.
You really doing this? My advice, burn as many bridges as you can so there's no coming back. Minnesota winters got NOTHING on Niagra Falls, and I bet you'll even be able to breathe out there. What a concept. Heartfelt congratulations to you and Dana. I don't know why you're doing it really, but I know NT isn't the most forgiving place to crack a career, make a living. You'll be far away from your Eastern friends, but you'll only be 77 miles from Mazeppa - the true mecca. Yeah, ok, I'm starting to see the logic. Cool.

Wow, that's some major lifestyle change, for sure. Best of luck to both of you. Does this mean that your nekid dog will be allowed to grow a real coat? It gets darn cold, and I can't see him with his teeth chattering in a snowbank.

So, you want to go to a Wild game, then? I could do that... especially when the Sabres come a-calling.
and , yes, my In-Laws know. LOL! Who do you think is driving in the convoy? A PT Cruiser, a S-10 pickup, a Mustang, and a big moving truck pulling a car trailer. Quite the crew...
