I have a guy who is interested in a 4x20foot coroplast sign.the largest i usually do is 4x8 i make a transparenrenci and project it useing a overhead projector. My question is i need some hints on how to print the transparencies so i can do 1 4x8 at a time as thats all the room i have. I use a basic printmaster program nothing fancy.

Design your sign as a 4' x 20' sign. Before you print draw outlines for each 4' x 8' sheet. When you project it just enlarge the design until the 4' x 8' outline on the layout matches the edges of the board.
Do this for each panel and it'll match up every time.

Stan, design your layout and cut it into 3 equal lengths or two at 8ft and one at 4ft long = 20ft.
Stack the panels and print on one transparency.
Set up your first coroplast panel and mark up. Do not move the projector. This way your size and focus will remain the same and all the panels will match.

I would do if possible in 1/4" not 3/16" 6+8+6=20 parts then use the 2x4 to tie up the pieces together with 2 way tape... or just give 8+8+8= 24' long to the client.
either ways... do 3 prints at same scale for the projector.
