Letterville is pleased to introduce you to our newest Merchant. Many of our UK and European Letterheads are probally already familiar with this crew. Please feel free to extend a warm welcome to Wrights of Lymm.
For over 160 years Wrights of Lymm and C.F.Stonehouse & Sons have been manufacturing gold leaf from 24 ct to 12 ct to highest quality and at competitive prices. Supplying the Gilding and Restoration Trades, Signwriters and Monumental Masons with our Customer base from the London Palaces & Art Galleries to the general public. First manufactured by the Egyptians in 2500 BC. 24 ct gold is still smelted with copper and silver, cast into ingots, rolled, beaten into various thicknesses and finely cut into booklets. This process has not changed over the years, only the technology which has enhanced quality and production.
Today we have a diverse product range, which takes into account new and innovative products, covering Specialist Decorative Finishes Trades and Artist Materials, as well as our traditional customer base.
You will find that Wrights of Lymm offer a prompt, reliable and friendly service, backed by the added convenience of shopping on line and mail order.
Drop by their website at http://www.stonehouses.co.uk/ and see all they have to offer. Be nice to actually see gold leaf being made someday.

Wright's of Lymm had some representatives at Terry Colley's Bull & Brush meet a few years ago. The girl who cut the sheets of gold was lightning fast and it was fascinating to watch. They also sell some fine brushes.
