Jill, The one I'm thinking of has a rather Bunteresque chap sitting in front of his computer's webcam, wearing headphones, pumping his elbows to the beat and gurning like a manatee in labour. I think both him and the music were Finnish or Scandinavian perhaps?

Arthur, I googled "Web Cam Singing." This was one of the first links. Haven't really looked at the site, so I don't have a clue what it is about. I think this is probably the clip you were looking for.
