I've seen others say they file the edge of aluminum panels after cutting. This tool works great at a fraction of the time. It is a deburring tool used to take off the sharp edge on copper pipe after cutting. It works great on Alumalite and DiBond panels. With the panel laying flat on a table, you put the hook edge on the panel holding the handle at an angle slightly below the panel and pull. The sharp edge will peel off as a continous piece. These sell for just a few bucks.

Dave, that is a great too! I used it until a friend of mine, a machine shop owner, gave me this one. One swipe down the edge of the aluminum and it does both sides at once! From "razor sharp" to absolute smooth!! It is INCREDIBLE!!!From .040 aluminum to 1/4" alumacore! All adjustable. I don't know where he got it, but I can find out! A little One-Shot for effect!

Thaks Dave. It looks like a real timesaver. It'll be nice not havine to wire brush the aluminum out of my mill files all the time.
