You are in for some really great times - both in and out of the classroom. Just listen fast - it goes by in a hurry. You'll get tired of hearing, "Now, look up here at the big screen."

Also, ask him when he's going to finish my shirts.

You know, I was in that same class and I seam to recall it going more like, “Raymond, now look up here at the big screen.” Come on Mark, back me up on this!

Hey, Bob's a Yankee...what does he know? Don't rely on Mark for any support - he's too busy making money.
If I remember correctly, David was always saying "Quit taking all those pictures and sit down".
No really, Bob's a great guy. I worked for him a week one day a few months ago. The guy comes all the way from "up there" to Texas to install some signs and doesn't charge the battery to the drill. Mike and I had a great steak at his expense, though.
And, by the way Bob, send me another check - that one didn't last very long.

Just make sure that the hotel where the class is held is far from the railroad tracks and the conference room has a working thermostat and it will be great.
Seriously, it's well worth your time and money to go to one of these workshops.

Mark's reference to a "conference room" is a loosely used term. David and Susie had made reservations at the hotel for a separate room for the workshop off the main foyer - upstairs with it's own kitchen area and rest rooms. Very large and comfortable.
When they arrived, it seems that plans had changed and we were put into another "conference room" - actually the room was used for storage and there was nothing inside but a room. The A/C seemed to have a mind of its own. It just got cooler and cooler until we had to tape over the vents to keep from freezing.
Ah...the good old days.
Even with all the changes, it was a great workshop.

Cat, I will see you there. And everyone else, thanks for the lowdown. I hope we end up in the "good" conference room in Worcester. I am so looking forward to knowing how to use Photoshop in my sign biz rather than just photographically. It will be nice to use a program a little more fully than I think I use SignLab now.
Thanks for the feedback, Tricia
PS Raymond, how are you? Hope you have not had to sleep in any airports lately! What meet was that anyhow?

Tricia - come out from behind that camera so we can see your beautiful face.
I think that was the Boise 25th Anniversary gathering.
Tricia and I were on the same plane headed for Boise and due to some mechanical problems had to spend the night in Minniapolis(?). I slept on the floor in the terminal. The next morning while waiting for the flight to take off I heard this woman behind me talking about going to a sign meeting. It was Tricia.
Tricia and I first met in Bloomington, Indiana at Gary Anderson's meet...I think. A bunch of us went out to eat and I had the good fortune to sit beside Tricia. What a great lady!
That was the last time I have had to stay overnight due to airline problems. I've only flown Northwestern twice and both times I have had to stay there in their hub city due to some problem. Guess what? I didn't fly Northwestern any more.
