You could hand-cut them pretty quickly without knowing the font's name.

If you only need to do the numbers, you have all of them in the sample jpeg.
You can make the 0, 3, 4 and 8 out of the 9. And a 7 out of the 2. Probably in less time than it might take to ID the font.
The downside of having thousands of fonts is that it just makes it that much harder to find the one you need. If it takes an hour to find it, what good is it?

Very vaguely like a condensed microgamma, or european from memory, but I'd be handcutting them like Don says- simple!

Simple yes , but he also wants an 1/4in outline with a gap between colors. Similar to a "varsity" font. Now it just got a bit harder! europa is very close and I think we will go with it.. Thanks guyz!!!!

If you have corel draw, try looking for a font called Square721 (a knockoff of the microgramma font). Particularly look for Square721 Condensed. It's either been italicized (don't know if it's an option for that font), or it's been skewed a bit.
edited to add: this font is included with Corel, but (if you have Corel) I think it is one you'll have to install separately.
