Mitch would be an excellent choice. But dad would have to take it to his shop in Clackamas. I know he won't do a house call. Last number I had for Mitch is 503-256-0602. Mitch also has a vinyl sign expert working with him named Curt. I'm in Bend, if he wants to bring it over the mountain, 165mi se of Portland.
