I know that ISLANDS is Times Roman (close enough for this job) but I'm having a brain-fart on the others.

The fonts were close enough to the originals for this job.

That's a great thing about Letterville. Whenever someone can't identify a font, just post and half a dozen of us go into a mad scramble to find it first.
