Just wanted to say a BIG, BIG, THANK YOU to Mike Meyer and his whole family for the Mother of All Meets (or the Mutha of all Meats in Australian) held in the wonderful town of Mazzepa. You guys and the whole community of Mazeppa made me feel very welcome and like one of the family. There is a huge amount of work involved in this large of a meet and I wish I could of been more helpful with it all. It was definitely a Party like no other!
I am still feeling overwhelmed by the whole experience. I arrived on Saturday July 2nd as was able to meet a lot of people as they came into Mazeppa. Some of them I had been wanting to meet for a long time, many were totally new to me. Most of them I felt like I have known all my life!
I had the great honor to work with Rod Tickle on a few little projects around the shop before the "Main Event". I also had the opportunity to work with him and his crew on the Monster Truck hauler project. Hey Rod, hope your trip home went better than some of the events leading up to it!
I had an amazing time working and visiting with Grampa Dan, Mark Yearwood, Bob Parsons, Michael Clark, David and Suze Butler, Stewart-Avril-Sam, Carole, Felix, Adam and Sara, Kansas, Beth, Elvis, Neil, Sandy, Dawn and Steve, and the list goes on and on......you guys are the BEST!
thanks to everyone for all the memories.......hope to get together and make more soon!

Yes Kudos To The Whole Meyer Clan! When Adam told me that I would have a blast in Mazeppa, I just thought that would mean a bit of fun. Well I was wrong and Adam was completely right. I was completely blown away by everything and everyone. Things will never be the same for me Im sure of it. Thanks again Mike and Tim for a wonderful time.

I understand a meet is far harder to organize than anyone who hasn't done it can possibly imagine. A meet of this size is probably a thousand times more so.
The Meyer clan appeared unflappable in the midst of hundreds of folks who I'm sure constantly needed things. I know I was there hat in hand asking Mike or others on the crew when I needed something and they unfailingly and courteously helped me out. Power cords, a projector, panels, screws, stabilos, scaffolding all appeared instantly with my asking.
We can only imagine the effort it takes to pull off a meet such as this. It went on for weeks before we got there and will go on for a while after the dust settles from everyone leaving.
We, the attendees got the payoff from their efforts. Thanks so much!
To Mike and his crew who were so patient and helped me out so well, I offer my sincere thanks. Some day soon I hope to repay you by hostng you here when we have a little Letterhead meet in our shop.

You surround yourself with good people & good things happen. That's the essence of what the staff was about & also what the Muster attendees were about - good people. Everyone has a place & there's a place for everyone. This is the 3rd meet I've helped Mike with. There were so many hard working volunteers (some took vacation just to help out). Adam & Sarah May did more for this meet than people will ever know. Thank you Adam & Sarah.
The energy & excitement is hard to describe to people until you experience it. The generosity of the towns & area people comes thru time & time again. The meets are always slightly different, but they all have the same "Woodstock" atmosphere & they all end the same way too. After each meet, the people are gone & you feel as tho you're in mourning. You don't want it to be over. It's bittersweet. The majority of the work is done & so is the fun. The personal connections everyone makes is priceless.
Thank you to everyone who came. It's a treat to be with so many talented people having a good time. Sign painters are a special people. Until we meet again....

I also want to thank Mike and entire Meyer clan for making me feel like part of the family. I had a blast!
To those of you that helped me on the Post Office wall- Dale Manor, Cisco Vargas, Elvis, Dawn Lane, Adam May, Steve Aust and Jay Allen. THANK YOU!
I couldn't have completed it without your help. You guys and gal were awesome!
This is what I love about Letterheads- if you're in need of help you don't have to worry, cause help is right around the corner.
I look forward to seeing many of you at the Western Illinois Wall Bash at my place in September.
Thanks again!

A big thank you from Oklahoma, too! It was great meeting you, Tim and all of the "family". Everyone was made to feel at home.
My wife, Carolyn came to the meet with me. It was her first time to really go to one and she loved it. She even picked up a brush and painted on the Pavilion fence with me. I think she understands now what I have been trying to explain about these "Letterheads" for years. You just have to attend a meet to get the full experience.
Here she is painting along with some of the best. That's Dave Correll in the background.
There were so many people to visit with and if I missed you, I'm sorry. There is never enough time at these things, but so much to do and see. I got to meet many of you from Letterville and that was great! It was nice meeting some in person that I have admired or only spoken with on the phone and all of the new friends as well.
What a community of fine people! Another time down the road.... I hope it's soon!
