looks to me like they are more interested in selling the software.. But include some unknown cutter.
I would look around for a used suma, roland or graphtec or an anagraph..
This one is a Chinese made cutter. I would beware..
Google a xy300p vinyl cutter and see for yourself some of the questions other users are having trouble with. Such as no drivers available for standard sign programs.

I picked up an admittedly older, little used, Summa D620 plotter in great shape off of EBay for a very good price. A friend found a shop changing it's focus and got a Mimaki and a FC 4100 Graphtec for less $1200 for the pair. Good buys on good machines are out there, just keep looking.
In plotters you get what you pay for.

with only 10 minutes left......... I'm not much help.... but, the price could close out at over a grand.... (I'm sure this guy has several on hand so don't get too antsey) IF you do get it......... it will be a good starter. Then, as you gain experience, make some money, and want to move up, put this one back on e-bay !!!!
WAIT... I just saw where the shipping is $75.00. This also is a HUGE markup on S/H!!! Better stick with something a little more "in tune" with reality.

I think it would be a good deal if it works. I do think you would be better served with a name brand cutter like Summa D60 or a roland or a mimaki. I know with my Summa I probabaly will out grow it but I can not see myself selling it. It is just that well put together that I will keep it as a backup. With the cutter you are looking at I doubt they are as well made, it wont cost you much to find out. HAHAHA As for shipping something that big I bet it is about 75.00 it is too big for most couriers it probabaly will need to be shipped with a transport company.

I haven't had any problems with my machine or with the WinPCSign Letter software and bought some additional sign design fonts and clip art that are fully importable into the program. For the price I got a decent cutter to get back into the business. I used it 10 hours the other day and it just kept chugging along without and trouble.
