I was at a garage sale today, and was given a computer. I was asking the guy if he knew how many mhz it was, and he said "I don't know, I'll get my wife, she knows which version of doors it had".(Jim Morison had his own OS thing goin' back when ) I couldn't find the info I wanted, and before I could put it down, he said I could have it.
Well OK, I took it home to check it out. I don't mind older stuff, I get a big kick out of making old stuff run, cars, tools, plotters. I'm typing this on a 350 that I'm real pleased with.
Anyway, it says UMAX and Supermac on the front. Is this a Mac??? That would explain why the mouse and keyboard from a PC wouldn't plug in. The monitor did plug in, but only because there's an adapter thing attached.
If it is a Mac, I can get all kinds of stuff for it,free, even a brand new registerable Corel 11. It has what appears to be a zip drive . It says iomega zip 100.
It also says c600 603e/180 on the front. Thanks for any help.
