Michael; never looked at it that way , up to now my first need for pantyhose were supplied by my mother(wore them under pants in-country; kept leeches off of you, at least where you were covered, including private parts).
After that, I use them for my patented "Slic-glide" wrap....as you said, they work real well...

Hey, those are great for wearin' with clogs too . . . (on yer feets)
Every good hunter knows panty-hose under the cammo will keep you're legs & feet warm in the winter!! There's nothing hotter in summer or warmer in winter to wear than pantyhose! In the summer they are only good for tyin' up tomato plants!
But I'm glad there's a much better use for anything 'nylon' Jerry!

Pantyhose work great for straining latex paint before spraying. I start at the toe and cut off a 6'' piece, stretch it over the paint cup, and pour in the paint. Nothing I've found works better.

Hi Folks, I'm new to the letterheads. Have a small sign shop on the Sausalito waterfront. Anyone care to give me a few gilding tip? Have you ever gilded over gild? Mica dust over gild? Could use a few pointers.
Thanks, Victoria
