Ijust got dreamweaver mx... so far I am hating it.... I have used frontpage 2000 and everyone say dreamweaver is much better & easier...Frontpage has automatic functions like rollover buttons, Autothumbnail, links and so on.. now I am sure dreamweaver has these as well.. But I can't find them.... can anyone tell me how you put a picture into the page at a small size and when you click it, it gets bigger (autothumbnail) I've got a huge book and it's no help...Is there any websites that I might check out for tip & tricks? Any input would help... thanks chuck

There's a zillion webpages for it, Chuck. Try googling "dreamweaver, ......." with whatever you need to find out as the second entry.

I think part of the problem off the top will be come differences in terminology.

Try the step by step at the bottom of this page:

Hey Chuck,

Give it time, you'll love it.

As well as using the link Don provided, you may want to try macromedia.com. Great resource!

There is a section called dreamweaver/extensions. They are mostly java functions that end users like us write and submit.

In there you can do searches and possibly find what you are looking for. Once downloaded & installed into DW, they should appear as pulldowns & pallets.

Clear instructions to go along.

Good luck!
Don't give in to it.
