Five pages of posts about this meet!!! COOL STUFF!
I was starting to think it was because I was gonna be there...
THEN I realised..it's because of all the cute chicks!
Can't wait..(still trying to figure out how to do a demonstration of glass gilding techniques without having ever done any glass gilding previously!! )
Heck..I've got a whole 3 weeks to figure out SOMETHING to do..Piece of cake!!!

Dave, I do have some gelatin sheets that were donated, maybe we can use them for your glass gilding. On another topic, we FINALLY found a musician to entertain us! He fits right in to our family. His name is Cousin Al.
He looks a lot like one of my brothers...hey wait! ......nevermind........ Stevo is getting pretty proficient at canoeing, too. Harris, did I ever tell you that you have a purty mouth?
Also discovered a hidden trove of panels over in Mars yesterday....we are gonna have us a real fun time. Love....Jill

Are you folks havin' a meet or somethin' LOL!
I'm trying to find some hills around here to practice driving on, but there aren't any. I'm getting nervous. Stevo and Jill, let all the Easterners know I talk with a weird accent beforehand, so there's no surprises. Thanx in advance.

I'm glad to see Steve Racz is going to be there, because I owe him a panel. I made him a panel for one of the panel exchanges. The panel depicting Pat King working on a brick wall. When Pat died he sent the panel to Bobbie King. It was a noble gesture on his part, and he should be rewarded. He also should not have to go without a panel, so I'm anxious to make one for you, Steve.
I apologize for not making you one sooner, but I've been too busy to fart.
I think we've got the makings of a good meet, with good folks, a good location and I hope the weather is great. Small meets under 100 people are the best, in my opinion, because you have a better chance of getting to know people better.

Just one thing...You don't talk funny like those other folks south of "THE LAKE" do ya? Saying things like "yin's"???
I hope I don't catch the fever like Stevo, who used to be a regular old Canuck (well, I can understand HIS fever! )
Sheesh!!! Two weeks from today we'll already have met "yins"!!!
I GOTTA start planning a project soon!!!
Jill and Stevo..it ain't gonna be glass gilding, I assure you, unless you want me to demonstrate how to do something I have never done before!

Gene, for some reason I find myself craving ring bologna... Here is what the inside of the bunkhouse looks like, for you brave souls who will be bunking there:
Remember to bring your sleeping bags! It's a tight squeeze, but snug as a bug in a rug. And here is the nice swing on the screened-in bunkhouse porch:
We took up easels and tables and schtuff today and things are really shaping up.
Just to let Pittsburgh folks know who may be traveling up Route 8, there is a detour thru Lyndora to Route 38 due to the closing of the Main Street Viaduct. And..when you get on 38, it is also the week of the North Washington Rodeo, so expect a few delays. A good alternate would be Route 308 out of Butler to Clintonville, right onto to 208 to Lisbon and then left at the light. (look for signs) Love....jill

What a nice piece of Canadian hunk lounging in the bunkhouse. Will he be there for the weekend. If so, I know which bunk Kevin will want. The greaser knows how to sport fashion also.

Ok, being from Latrobe and a die-hard Rolling Rock drinker I was going to bring a 1/4 barrel with me for the evenings at the bonfire. So I wanted to find out is there enough beer drinkers to have such an Item and the other thing is after looking into it.... Well Rolling Rock don't sell a 1/4 barrel so I have to get a half barrel... We have a few days can we drink one or should I just get a few cases? Hey Jill, Steveo. Any advise?

Al, it is up to you. Just don't do any keg stands, OK Buddy? We will have ice and there is a beer distributor in nearby Emlenton....but if you wanna bring The Rock, maybe we can pass a hat to make it easier for you. I know a half-barrel can't be cheap... Love....Jill
