Most stores that sell scrapbooking supplies (Michaels, Hobby Lobby, AC Moore, Dick Blick) sell a Fiskars Circle Cutter for about $15. It's adjustable and cuts up to 8" diameter circles (I think)

Whatever you decide to use Stan, I just wanted to say, in case you didn't know.
You don't have to cut all the way thru magnetic. a heavy score will allow you to flex it and it will break off at the score mark.

I had a bunch to make once so I sharpened a metal pipe that was the correct size, set it onto the magnetic, and smacked it with a hammer...
Worked good for my purpose...hope it helps yours.
