Hello guys. Just wondering if any of you have had this same problem. For no apparent reason my signtools 3 will cease to work and once again ask me for the activation code. this is a major inconvinience. i have emailed andrew at signtools but was hoping i may get a quicker response from some of you that have experienced this already. I have not done anything to the computer such as change hadrdrives or anything so not sure what can be causing this.

Hi Carlos, Are you using the latest SignTools 3 version? The latest version is 3.20. To find out the version number click on the "About SignTools" button. If the version number is lower than 3.20 click on the link below to download the SignTools 3 Service Pack 6.3 from our SignTools Downloads Page.

Jus want to send a big thank you to Andrew at SignTools. It is now 11:30 pm i didnt think i would get a response on the same day i sent the request but it just goes to show what grat service this company offers. Havent yet had a chance to update but i am sure that is what was causing the problem. Once again a big big thank you to Andrew. By the way your program is a real timesaver. the outline tool alone has saved me many hours. Much much better that the Corel contour command
