I have had my site for about 6 years and never upgraded it in all that time. It has finally been done. It still needs some tweaking.... So please add your HONEST opinions, suggestions and comments. Thanks!! John
Second note: what is the most proficient way to get it listed higher in the search engines??

I didn't see your old site, but the new one is very informational for a new customer. I also like how you justify se HDU instead of wood now. The market around here for "good" wood is to unpredictable. I'm only use Everwood unless I am reworking an existing wooden sign.
Your website's viewing parameters are quite large. I have a 14 inch monitor and I have to scroll to see the other half of the web page. Most people won't have a large monitor so this may prove daunting to your customers. The home page layout needs a little work as far as space usage and the amount of text. Remember a website is just like an advertisement in a magazine. Especially on the home page you want to be precise and to the point. The home page is where you grab your customers attention. In the linked pages you can expand upon your work and what you offer in more complete detail.
Otherwise the small thumbnails of your signs are good and the quote form will be very useful to customers.
