Tom and Kathy Durham drove up 4-5 hours for our meet on Friday morning only to have to turn right around and head home. Tom's Mom took a turn for the worse and passed away in her sleep on Saturday night. They said they did get back, she got a little better and they got to spend a few nice hours with her. But she got worse in the night and passed away in her sleep. Our sincerest sympathies! Having been there with three parents dying in the last year, we know how your whole life is shredded for a while. The process of saying goodbye is never easy. You are both in our thoughts and prayers! Jane & Bill

Tom and Kathy, I met you briefly at a meet in Illinois. So sorry about your sadness. Please be comforted that you spent the last hours together. Take care, (from your letterville family, Deb Fowler)

I am so sorry to hear this. Having lost my Dad in 2000, and my Mom in 2003, I have an idea what you are going through now. Hang on to the memories, and know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
BTW... Dora and I were really looking forward to getting to see you two again last weekend. We even took our "Mayfield HATS"
