Every spring as Betty and I take our early morning walks around the neighborhood i am reminded how beautiful nature's colors are. The yellow of a daffodil is the most pure yellow. The various colors of the tulips can't be matched by any paint known to man.

When the sun hits these spring flowers they light up with beautiful colors that only nature can create.

OK, enough waxing poetic but i just had to say that... I wish i could write like Arthur Vanson. [Big Grin]

Thanks,
Steve

Thanks Steve! I adore tulips. Our normally dreary landscape here is bursting with wildflowers and butterflies because of all the rains we had in January. We're being told it's a once in a 100 year event.

Life's good.

Spring is busting out all over. I love it. It's my favorite season.

My mind wanders. And that's not a good thing, 'cause it's too small to be out there alone.

Spring here is Oregon is so beautiful. Flowers everywhere, things are green and we are still getting rain, which we desperately need. This summer might be another bad fire season...

Wow Dale that is a rich pic!

You're so right Steve. Even tho' this year I've had hay-fever more than usual, I still drive Emily crazy sayin' 'OH look at this tree... look at the flowers.."

The azaleas all in pinks, purples, reds and white, the pink & white dogwoods, and those 'popcorn' trees, and thornless miniature white and yellow 'roses', bunches of other kinds of blooming bushes, all kind'a of wild flowers... are SO beautiful!!

Everywhere you look there's a burst of colour.

When these are gone other things will bloom: Irises, Tiger lilys, vincas cultivated roses and wild roses, Crepe Myrtles, Gardenias, Magnolias and more . . .
