Mom's knee surgery has been postponed due to illness. Altho it frees me up, she is in too much pain to stand a long trip. If some Yankee would pick me up on the way down I would gladly help with gas money. And if someone wants to shack up with me (preferably female) I will help pay for the motel. Can't afford a flight and even Greyhound is too expensive! My funds are still tight. I sure wish I could be there as the Dixe meet was SO GREAT last year! Sorry to sound like such a moocher. Love....Jill

I have no money but I'll be there one way or another. Still looking to sleep in the back of my truck or any where I can throw my sleeping bag. Kevin will probably come down Saturday. Can't wait! Roger

Been robbing from Peter to pay Paul (been pickpocketing a few other apostles, too) all winter. Gotta stay home and "make it while ya can". Guess the bus'll be leaving without me this time.
Hope all you fine and friendly folks have an AWESOME time.

PS: If anyone's sitting on the fence about going to this meet, last year's was a blast and you sure should make it there this time. John, Ryan and Donald are all great hosts and it's gonna be a party. Drive carefully...

Harris, I might be able to split a room with ya but I'm coming from the other direction my friend. Maybe you should take a slight detour and pick up Jill. Otherwise I'm bringing a sleeping bag and hoping for the best.see you there. Roger

I just found out that Tramp Warner will be here on behalf of One-Shot, and Steve Martinez will be here on behalf of House of Kolor along with about 100 or so others.

We will have an area set up for kids to have fun in. Last year we had paints, pens, crayons, stickers, etc. for kids to participate in. My daughters 13,7,5 will be there for part of the day on Sat. and a few others I'm sure.

Does that mean I can bring my crayons and play with them too? I like to color between the lines but sometimes I get out side the lines,...anyone out there know how to erase crayola marks from my coloring book?
Count me in Donald,....

You know I would love to be there, and didn't make any promises in case I could make my first Dixie meet. So... of course, my transmission had to be rebuilt, but it won't be finished in time... my heart will be with you..(trying like heck to be there). no one from this area going it looks like. Ya all have a whopping good time, hear???????????
