Good Morning Tennants, This is Suze.We thought we should post an explaination as to the abscence of the Landlord and his antics.I have him working!
Just kidding..he really does work daily. We have some deadlines to meet for the Grand Opening of the Sign Museum which by the way is April 28 05 in Cincinnati. He is doing some glass work that he really does enjoy. We do so enjoy this apartment building project and will return soon. You are the ones that have made this possible and we appreciate your giving ways. We should all learn from you.Thank you so much.He will return soon. Suze

LOL Suze,
My daughter Samantha checks on the apartment first thing when she gets up and usually later in the day...I tried to explain to her that David actually has a job and life! I think I got through to her yesterday but she still keeps checking. :-) :-)

Notice how well behaved we've all been in your absence? Hahahahahahaha

Suze - tell the Landlord that we miss his presence, but know that he has a lot of things on the fire for the museum. Just like this place, he gives of his abilities very freely...but that is translated into time, a lot of time.

I'm sure the inmates will remain calm, cool, and collected until he can return.

The landlord is away and someone must be in chargeof this complex.

I'm ready dude! I think we need to rig it to look like the Englander did it. You think Deaton will help us out??.......

On second thought, I'll take the quilted stuff and get some one-ply no name stuff for the "deed" After all, everybody needs to be pampered, and what better way to spoil a Michigander sign guy like myself than with quilted TP??

That Yearwood would be a likely candidate... He is just too nice of a guy to let him slide past... LOL!

I hope that double sticky tape that I hung my sign with holds. I would hate for it to fall on someone's head.

I sure wish the landlord would contact a yard man about this vine that is growing out of control on our building.
And I reckon I'll never get the contents of my package. John, can I borrow your dog to find it? Send him to Bruce's place first..he was the first one to open the package. Hey but watch out the box is now full of kittens on Santo's porch.

And there is nothing in my apartment that doesn't have lettering on it anymore - even the kids and the dog.

Mr. Bill, is that my package at your front door?
Well...the vine has grown almost to the penthouse. What do you say we get out our Exacto knives and start cutting?

Sorry I have been around... Me and Bicyle got busted lurking in the back of the building, armed with numerous rolls of TP. Sgt. McGillicutty of the LSP nabbed us just as Rick was rearing back to fire the first roll.

Bill said he was going to meet us but I guess his Geritol hadn't kicked in yet and he was running late. Maybe he got a last minute tee time and decided to give us the ditch and go shoot nine at the all-nite executive course down the street.

These cats are driving me nuts. I am going to have get my doggies up there. I would tell you about them but it is Dana's job to bore you all with her dog stories. I sure wouldn't want to steal her thunder, you know?

I have been waiting for Bushie to stop by because he was going to give me lessons in the proper drinking of cases of high grade lagers. Boy, I sure got thirsty sitting there at the cop shop waiting to get bailed out.

Well, I have go and try to snag that box. I truly loved the contents of the last one and if'n this one is as good, it will be a bonanza! Woo hoo!

Hi This is Samantha...I tried to register under my own name but the vines on the building seems to be causing problems with my computer.

I was SO worried when I saw the vines that something may have happened to Dusty but once I scrolled down I saw that she's not only okay but she's still protecting the whole place. Isn't she the best dog ever?!

Congrats, Sonny!!! You recognised the "vines" for what they really are . . . KUDZU!!

For you folks ain't never been to the South, this stuff grows everywhere - on everything - roads, telephone wires, houses, barns, rocks . . . you name it. Tough stuff. Stand still long enough and it'll wind up on you.

HEY - the silent auction starts this week - hopefully on Monday. We have some great stuff to accessorize your apartments in the Renata Building!! Keep your eye on the BB for more info.

And there's still time to donate if you'd like to include anything in the auction. Just send me an email and let me know.

From original sign art - to fine art - to old sign books - we have it all. Heck, we're even auctioning Gary Anderson off!! How cool will that be?

Here's the link for the auction (you may already know it): http://www.letterhead.com/cgi/auction22.cgi
