Shot this one today at the beach. The motion blurring was intentional, was practicing panning with the subject to achieve this look and surprisingly nailed it pretty quickly!
Here's a couple shots from Saturday's target practice.. went to the park where the R/C junkies hang out, we have dedicated places for these guys to play.. R/C is tough to shoot, especially the cars and trucks.

Damn Mike, that camera takes some awesome shots! I have been reading about it since you mentioned it to someone looking for a digital camera. I hear in March the EOS 20D's little brother is coming out. My daughter has the digital Rebel, and she comes out with some very good pictures. So I did some researching on it and 20D sounds like one hell of a camera!

I went to BestBuy Saturday to buy some bigger hard drives. Stopped by the camera's and damn near bought the Canon with the stock lens. About $1500 as it sat there.
I exercised my best do no impulse buy talent and walked out the door without it.
Today I'm waiting to find out if I get the Hayabusa I've been patiently waiting to buy. Hopefully I'll be back in the saddle again by tomorrow!

Cisco, I love this camera. I've already snapped off 2,000 images with it. They're all practice shots, most were deleted, just getting used to different settings and seeing what I can do.
Todd, NO. Sorry.
Bob, just give me the money you're gonna spend on that 'busa. I have my sights locked on two more lenses I really.. uhh... "need". It is an addiction though. Because I only have the one LONG lens right now, I'm really wanting a wide angle (10-22mm) for normal stuff, and a 100mm Macro for close-up jewelry shots and.... bugs.. like the black widows hangin out on my back patio.
Scott: workin on that actually. I'm thinking I might design some niiiice printed graphics, get a set out there and do my own photo shoot - promote the cooler graphics, digital printing and photography all in one shot.
