Since I am probably going to up grade my program so it is compatible with windows xp and all I have ever used is flexi, would anyone out there recommend staying with flexi or I've heard that signlab is supposed to be good. What would you do? I need some advice before I make an investment.

I don't know that any program has anything better than Flexi. Two reasons to upgrade Flexi are that it's cheaper than a new program and if you already know it then the learning process will be much easier. A third reason would be that you'd still be able to open all your old files.

I used for years SignLab, Flexi and EasySign, but personally I like more to use CorelDraw or Illustrator or Freehand to make my design and cutting files and ofter that to export them as .ai or .eps files to be cut. I have more control on these files.

everything Rick said. I also use illustrator, but still... if you imported those files & saved them in Flexi.. you would be glad your new upgrade could still open them.

Irrelevant Dita. Software is what has to be compatible with XP.

well I went and did it I order an upgrade to 7.5 The company I ordered it through the gentlemen is coming up and is going to walk me through it. Probably learn things that I didn't even know existed. Should prove to be interesting. Thanks to all for their input. I'll have to let you all know how it goes.
