I would like to hear any thoughts of experiences with sales reps . Also any ideas on ways to advertise for a rep.

Just tossing it out there.

Sell the business to the sales rep and work for them...less headaches.
I've dabbled with it several times. It didn't feel comfortable. I much prefer agents...other sign companies, printers, agencies, etc. that refer work to us or get a commission.
