Hi! My name is Benoit (or just ''Ben''). I'm in Montreal, Canada.

I'm in business for about 1 1/2 year now and I'm looking for a cheap but good cutter/pinter. I will use it for small decals like bumper stickers (max of 4-5 colors) and probably t-shirts too. If possible, I would like to print pictures on t-shirts.

There is someone here selling a Roland pnc-5000 for 800$, but I did not have any answer form him. I can have also a pc-50 for around 700$-800$.

I don't know alot for those products, so I need your help and/or advise.

Thanks for your help!

p.s. sorry for my bad english [Big Grin]

Ben, Your asking for nothing but trouble. If you get any printer/cutter, there is enough headaches and frustration involved with the "learning curve". If you buy a used one that won't print properly, its double frustration. At least buy one that has been rebuilt or at least a new print head. You might want to look a little further than just Tee shirts and small stickers. Those customers are a pain in the a$$. Have fun John Arnott

Thanks John for your advise. But I'm doing this as a side-line. The small stickers and tee shirts it just for the start. I don't have alot of cash to spend on it. I never knew it was that hard to use it. Hmmmm... I don't know what to do now... The one I'm lookin now is this one: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=46742&item=3865151491&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

What do you think? Do you suggest to forget the idea of purchassing a printer/cutter?

I would wait. And, spend some more time learning how to do sign panels. Real panels.
I would take that time while learning how to make real sign panels and save up some more money to get an up todate machine and do up todate work.

Thats a lot of money for a machine that old.
