After a bunch of days off for Phoebe's birth and then some more wonderful relaxing time at Christmas and then a couple more days for new year's celebrations it was time to get back into the shop again.
Officially it was a day off today... so I worked on things I wanted to. There was no crew around.
I started on the monster sign again... and got his head finished and mounted. Then his second arm was manufactured and welded into place.
But it was the second one... and not as exciting as the first.
I must have been a little bored for the train engine was calling my name and I listened. Besides Phoebe gets bigger every day and she will want a ride soon!
Sooooo... it was time to make some sparks fly on that project for a while and pretty good progress was indeed made.
Having' fun in Yarrow...

Fantastic!!! Dan, as you already know I just recently purchased a welder and I look at your projects I feel like a kid standing in awe saying cooool! and I think to myself "When I grow up I wanna be just like Dan!!!" Your fabrication skills just blow me away! I cannot wait to come visit you, and act like a sponge and just soak it all in. Discovery channel should have a show about you!
