Once again we find ourselves behind on our Letterville Resident Draws. This is unaceptable. We apoligize and vow to make the changes necessary to insure this situation stops happening.

In the past, we've always done the draws live on chat. Most of the time, that works out great. The problems occur when we are away. It's difficult to do the draw if we have no Internet access and that draw drum is a real pain to drag around. Draws get "put-off" until a later date, and we find ourselves in this embaressing situation.

Paid-Up Residents are promised 12 draws. We're going to have a draw every 2nd. Monday of the month until we get back on track. After that, the draw will always happen on the first Monday of each month. If your Residency expired in the last two months, it will be extended to ensure you are included in 12 draws.

The first draw will be next Monday, Nov. 1st. at 10pm EST.

We want to thank all the Letterville Merchants that make these draws possible. Everyone loves to win a door prize at live meets and this is no different. Everybody wins! Merchants get extra exposure, Letterville has another incentive to entice more to become Residents, and the Residents win some great products.

Now let's get on to the fun stuff! Here's what will be up for grabs in next Monday's Draw.

-------------------------------

1.) 2' x 4' 1 1/2 sheet of Precision Board PB-15

Precision Board is a rigid, closed cell, high density urethane material. It can be sandblasted, routed, carved, or used in any other typical wood application. Thanks to Kellie Miller and the gang at Precision Board. Drop by their site at http://www.precisionboard.com

--------------------------------------------------
2.) EstiMate Sign Estimating Software

A extremely easy estimating and job-tracking software with too many features to mention here.

Thank you Mark and EstiMate! Visit their website at http://www.estimatesoftware.com/estimate/products/estimate.php

-------------------------------------------------

3.) Mark Baty's Color Wheel Print

If you are anything like me, choosing that perfect color scheme is a real challenge. Here's a Color Wheel print that makes a wonderful tool and looks great framed on a wall.

Longtime Letterheads Mark & Jeannie Baty sell these prints and offered us one for this draw. If you don't win it here, you can still purchase your own by calling Mark at 515-987-4829[b/]. Click on the link below to see this print. Thanks Mark and Jeannie!

-------------------------------------------------
[b]4.) Five 1 lb. bags of Fine Black Smalt!

Thanks to Ron & Kristie Percell of Letterhead Sign Supply! If you are having problems locating hard to find supplies, LSS are the people to talk to! Drop by their website to see all the hard to find things you are looking for. http://www.letterheadsignsupply.com

------------------------------

5.) 65 Alphabets by Arthur Newhall!

Veteran designer and lettering artist Arthur Newhall has compiled 65 of his favorite hand-lettered alphabets-plus many examples of fine lettering and logo design-into this terrific new book. It's all here-casuals, scripts, romans, and a collection of unique display faces. A must for everyone who loves letters. A big ThankYou to the gang at SignCraft Magazne at http://www.signcraft.com

------------------------------

6.) Three Unique Fonts!

Have you met Rob Leuschke yet? Rob is a multi-talented graphic artist, calligrapher and type designer from St. Charles, Missouri. He's donated 3 of his best fonts, Cherish, Neonderthaw & Jackie-O, to be given away to some lucky Letterville Resident.

Rob has launched a website to market his unique fonts at http://www.typesetit.com

-----------------------------

7.) VectorArt Mega Collection!

Here is the clipart collection that tops everyone's wish list! This mega collection includes all the images from volumes 1-6 of the original Vector Art packages and more. Antique panels and ornaments, classic and modern borders, fire engine, police department, and emergency services, hand lettered alphabets, great American pin striping, illustrations, ornaments, accents and elements, vehicle graphics, professional symbols, animals, flowers, automobiles, insects, tiles, and much more are included on this CD. EPS, .AI, .DXF file formats, Win/Mac. Comes with 250 pg. pictorial book. Thanks to Andrew Holmes at http://www.vectorart.com

-----------------------------

8.) Alphabets of Atkinson Volume #1 by The Fontry!

One dozen of the finest examples of Art Nouveau lettering anywhere! The Alphabets of Atkinson, Volume One, represents the best-of-the-best by sign-industry legend Frank H. Atkinson. His book, Sign Painting was published almost 100 years ago and has become the artistic standard for generations of signpainters and computer-aided signmakers. The dozen Alphabets of Atkinson cover the gamut of historical styles, from ornate tuscans to flowing scripts, all of which expertly complement a secondary range of Atkinson's less-elaborate workhorse styles that are still classics in their own right. There's something here for every signmaker, from the ordinary to the extraordinary. All 12 alphabets have complete character ranges and are published on CD. Thanks to Mike Atkins at The Fontry for supplying this prize. Check out his entire font collection at http://www.thefontry.com

-------------------------------

9.) Hartco Sandmask for Sandblasting!

A 10 yd. roll of 15" SandMask for sandblasting. Thanks to Hartco and their Letterville rep Dan Hanson! Drop by their website at http://www.hartcoservice.com

---------------------------------

10.) One Year Subscription to A Magazine About Letterheads!

It's all in "A Magazine About Letterheads" Thanks to Jeff Lang. To order your own subscription, go to

If you have any banner needs, give Cambridge Canvas a test drive. In addition to Canada, they maintain outlets around the World.

Every draw, Cambridge Canvas donates a 3 ft by 24 yard roll of their popular Banana/Bandanna banner to the winner of this draw. What a great prize! Imagine all the banners you can make with 24 yards! Thanks to Mike Holtzy and the gang at Cambridge Canvas. Take a few minutes to check out their website at http://www.bananabanner.net

--------------------------

So how do you get in on these draws?

That's easy! All paid up Letterville Residents qualify for these Monthly Draws, plus a multitude of other benefits. Many of these door prizes are worth far more than the $50US you invest each year to qualify as a Letterville Resident. We can't guarantee you'll win, but you'll have 12 chances. Your odds of winning something are excellent.

Why put it off any longer? If you're sold, grab your favorite credit card, pickup the phone and give Barb a call at 519-787-2673. If you still need more information, please click on the following link.

Barb,
When a drawing takes place, do those names that you draw go back into the barrel or do you leave them out until the barrel is empty and everyone has won something?

Sorry for the goof up guys [Rolling On The Floor]

Nice to see your paying attention [Smile]

It should have read every second Monday this month, we'll be caught up then [Smile]

Laura your name goes back into the hat for the next month's drawing, that way you get 12 chances at winning.

Good Luck Everybody [Group Hug]

Barb are we up for renewal? Somehow I think we are but haven't received any notice.

P.S. I tried to email you twice today, once from the link above. It failed both times. It's almost as the message was being directed to somewhere else. [I Don t Know]

Hey everybody, I just checked out the http://www.thefontry.com and they have a deal where you can get every font and clip art for $150.00. I just purchased mine. It is a really good deal. I do not know how long this deal will be offered.
