Here are a few shots of My Saturday Morning Round... it's bad enough when I drive a ball in the woods.. but this sly bugger keeps taking the great shots.. I've lost about a dozen balls to this guy this summer. One time my playing partner ans I had 2 drives up the fairway, they were on each side of the fairway, this guy comes out picks up mine, trots across the fairway, picks up my buddys and looks at us yelling at him, I'm sure he laughed at us, then beats it into the woods.
I'm not sure if you can see the ball in his mouth or not, but I followed this guy into the woods, where I found about a dozen balls. lol

They'd better not be good balls! It would really tick me off to have a new sleeve of Nike Ones or such and have someone steal them away like that.

I'd love to see the expression on that fox's face after eating those eggs and trying to pass them!
I did watch a crow fly off with someone's ball during a tournament once.
I have to be careful around here that my snakes dont try to swallow any of my golf balls thinking they're birds eggs. They can't pass them and it would require dangerous surgery to have it removed.

Bob I thought you'd like those shots... Honest to God this is true, I only wish I had my camera... Bob have you ever teed off and had the feeling something was watching you? Just a week before the fox incident I was playing a round at "The Wilds" just a little 45 minute drive from where I live, and after I teed off, I turned around and looking at me not more than 10ft away were 2 very large Moose, the bull had to weigh 1200 pounds and right along side was the cow, and not much smaller.. scared the crap out of me.. and get this, they could'nt have cared less. And they stayed right on the tee box while other golfers teed off behind us.. every now and then they'd let out a snort and scared us to Death. lol

Had one of them here too! Picked the ball up and walk 50 feet away from the hole and drop it....wouldn't be so bad if he walked towards the hole and drop it... or come out of the bush with it....

Actually we had a problem here in Calgary over the squirrels getting the balls and carrying them away. Golf course had to invoke a new rule concerning them....

We had a fox doing the same thing here in Upper Michigan. It went on for years. One of our club members did some investigating and found the fox's den where he also found over 50 golf balls. When the fox finally died, our missing golf ball problem went away.
