For some reason this week nearly sent me to the house wimpering.
Everything I touched was wrong...broken ...or out of place.
Somehow,I survived it but when I thought I was going kill the next thing that crossed my path... I just sat down for a few moments to compose myself, then...
BAM...the ever faithful, most comfortable desk chair I've ever owned brook off at the stem and sent me reeling over backwards flat on my back.
STUNNED? I couldn't believe it...except for the softball sized bruise in the crease of the backside of my knee, I "survived" even that.
After I dusted myself off (only slightly hurt and embarrassed) I dashed the remains to the shop floor and it was like a miracle...everything was right with the world again. (anger never solved anything but it sure was therapeutic)
Patsee was decent enough to show concern but I know secretly she was laughing inside (hysterically).
I've been limping around here for the last day or so but I can't help but think all my problems culminated from working 2 1/2 months straight 7 days a week with a lots of 12 to 15 hour days that put me on my back (literally).
Boy I'm glad thats over...vacation time coming up...LAS VEGAS HERE WE COME.
WHEW!!!
