Hi heads,
Im currently working on graphics for a 1979 correct craft ski nautique. I have the graphics down pat, but i just cant seem to find the right font for the word Ski Nautique on the sides. I tried calling correct craft to see if they had a file or the name of it, but that was to no avail. Have any of you ever done a Ski Nautique? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,

Ryan
Ps. I have a side shot of the boat I can email.

Hi Ryan,
I have an 1981 Correct Craft Ski Nautique as well.
On the sided there is a small logo made of injection molded plastic pop riveted on near the back on each side.
There is a huge super graphic on the side.
A few years back I applied several layers of spraylat , cut out the logo, sanded, applied dp-40 primer and top coated with single stage ditzler paint. There is a web site around that sells masks and help for nautique owners with a forum.
No easy way to do it the right way. The graphic takes a beating. Don't wimp out and use vinyl.

If you Google "Ski Nautique"...you can find some examples.

Looks like Eurostyle Bold skewed about 20 degrees.

Thanks for your quick replies. Sorry Arklie but I dont have the facilities to paint somthing that big, and i'm mainly vinyl(so i guess i am wimpin out). Nathan, I don't need the correct craft logo, just the ski nautique lettering. The closest i could get was using crille and using the "flag" feature in signlab to give it the wavy effect, but its not close enough. Si, I think that the eurostyle lettering is the wrong gen graphics than the one im talking about.. I already did the google thing with no luck.

I left a voicemail with correct craft's art department ... who knows maybe theyll call me back... but i wont hold my breath [Wink]

thanks again for the quick responses.

Just did one yesterday.
I used "Cruiser" which is a generic form of Crilee and or/Serpentine. I ungrouped and re-spaced and twiddled with it until it was passable.
