We left Sun Valley Ranch in Moncton at 10:30 pm last night, after having an incredible weekend of work, play and hardy laughs. Brian and Bob didn't have to try very hard to live up to the legendary Maritime hospitality that is famous the world over; these guys are naturals, as are the team of volunteers that helped out. It's no wander the East Coast has such a wonderful reputation.
It's Monday morning, almost 10:30 a.m., and I'm back in my office here in Cornwall ready to 'cease the day'. After hanging out with all of you this weekend I feel tired, but way more relaxed than I did last thursday when we were heading for the airport.
It was good to be among friends and collegues, and to be able to share, listen and reflect. I will remember this Meet for a lifetime. Thank you. Thank you. Love Nancy

We arrived safe and sound at 11 a.m., Quebec time. I am glad we finally found the hour we lost when we went to the Maritime last thursday.
I had a blast there and I enjoyed every minutes of the meet. Looks like the same for my dad. Now you understand that if you want to stay fit after one of his meal you have to move around like I do to burn it!!
Many thanks to Brian & Bob for putting this together.
Now I have to try wipe that smile off my face!
Life is so good!

I can only repeat what the others have said. ALL the thanks go to YOU and BOB and ANDRE and his crew of cooks!!!!
I had a wonderful time and will remember your hospitality forever.
The only criticism I have, Brian, is that wake-up music on Sunday SHOULD have been Johnny Cash's "Sunday Morning Coming Down"!!!!

The Mayor just passed trough Quebec city. It would have been nice if he could have stop by my house, but he told me he could'nt wait to take a hot bath, have a facial and have his nails polish.
Next time Steve! You are always welcome!

Hello all, Dan from Collsaga Signs and I just made it home 8:00 p.m E.S.T.(27 hours)with only one problem. Dans slime green 74 VW Canper van died around Kingston Ont, and came to rest on the grass between the East and West lanes of the 401 right in the middle of a construction jam. After careful inspection we couldn't get it to start, so a couple of squirts of Rapid Tac in both carbs and presto...back on the road again. I might be mistaken, but I think our mileage improved a little as well. Great weekend. 1st time at a meet and I promise, it won't be the last.

We finally accepted the fact we had to go home. It wasn't easy to leave. This has to be one of my personal Top 3 meets of all time. The location, weather, food, hosts and other Heads combined to create Letterhead Magic.
Bob Darnell, Barb and myself finally got away at Noon on Monday. After an hour at the wheel of the camper, Bob took over, and I laid down for a little nap. Almost 7 hours later, I woke to discover we were already past Quebec City. By 4am, we were parked in the driveway at our home here in Fergus. Right now, I'm pinching myself wondering if it was all just a dream and feeling a bit blue.
Thanks to Brian, Bob Hines, our wonderful cook Andre and all the others that worked so hard to make this meet happen. Can't wait to get back!

Well Jessie and I leave this idyllic place tommorow. We are babysitting tonight - we sent Brian and Dany out to supper and a movie. Being around for a week before the meet, I got to see first hand the amount of work that went into the meet. I'll tell you, it did my heart wonders to see that little boy smile on Brian's face all weekend, both him and Bob worked hard for this. It was wonderful to meet the real version of so many Letterheads, some were exactly as I had envisioned them and some were quite different. I don't think there could be a more perfect location. I met some old friends again and made some wonderful new ones. Meeting some of the people who I have thought of as legends and finding out how down to earth they are was so great. For those of you who got to know me a little, I just wanted to assure you my inner child has been sent to her room for a few days for a time out - she was getting entirely too hyper. I want to say a great big thank you to Brian and Dany for their lovely hospitality since we came and another great big Thanks to Bob and Brian for their warm generous hearts, I will cherish the experience for a long time. You have truly shown a prairie girl the full blown Legendary Maritime Hospitality. I hope your dream of doing this again becomes a reality, and that I will be able to be a participant. Congratulations to you both on such a warm, relaxed and successful meet. GOOD ON YOU!

Brian and Bob.... You can be very proud of this very successful meet. You both have done a wonderful job of organizing and executing everything so perfectly. Perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect Letterheads, perfect newcombers, the food was 'the best' (thanks Andrea and crew...Pierre is your Dad adopting anytime soon?)
The caliber of talent was incredible. All our gurus were so approachable and I was so glad to see so many new people at this meet that mixed so well with these talented veterans (Gods as I call them). The bunkhouse accommodation was perfect even if Bob did snore a little {Ha Ha).....Thank you to you both, Brian and Bob for everything you did, everything you supplied, everything you accomplished and everything you put up with during the meet. You were/are great hosts. It was very hard to leave you and your place and come back to reality..... 'THANKYOU'alone cannot express the heartfelt appreciation we all have after this meet. I look forward to your next meet. You guys rock!
