Dear cynthia, I also don't post here often and felt really sad for you when I read your post. Although your heart is aching please take heart that many people here are thinking of and praying for you. Take each day at a time and look forward and only look back at all the beautiful memories you must now cherish.

Like Mark Rogan, I haven't had time to log on so much recently, and I too felt a kick in the stomach when I read your post yesterday....have been thinking about you and your tragedy since.
As a father of 4, the thought of losing one of your children is hard to comprehend.

I seem to come up short on this subject matter.... Having only one 17 year old son myself, who is working along my side this summer, it's impossible for me to understand the pain that you are going through.. My deepest sympathy goes out to you and yours.. I'm thinking of you.

As others have said, I cannot begin to imagine the pain you must be suffering.

Thank you so much for your words of comfort. When I get my new scanner(mine went out during all this) I will post a picture. It was the last time I saw him alive around the 18th of June. He had been home for a visit and seemed fine. There are alot of things that happened after that with the woman he was seeing. Thanks again for all your support.

Cynthia, May God be with you, as he is with your son right now. There is a better ending, more than we see here. So sorry, from my heart, as Bruce's post really is wonderful. I can't imagine what you are going through, but, my son is going through depression for a few years now. It is very difficult but I keep pushing for help and inspiration to give him what I am able to. The rest I leave up to God. We have family near now, and still, I see it is a cruel world out there for these young folks, and my prayers will be with you now. Peace be with you, as Nettie says the light is shining. love, Deb Fowler

Words can not help with your terrible loss. As a Christian I know your son will now be watching over you, and yours, and never be far away if you call.
My condolences on your loss.
