I was thinkin'...maybe it would be fun to have a shop warming party here...
Just a little get together....not a real meet, but a casual, paint'em if ya got'em kinda meet.
I'll provide the eats and coffee, anyone's free to bring what they like and that includes brushes and a project they are working on or would like to share (and teach?)
No date in mind yet, just wanted to see if there was an interest.
I'm aprox 2 hrs west of Seattle (ferry and drive), and about 2 hrs from Victoria (ferry and drive) (at the red dot)

Hi Addrianne... we had a great shop Warming party ...we co ordinated it with Fred's meet and moved our "party before the party" to the shop for the occassion.
Had a great turn out and a wonderful time.
I traded out some work and had a BBQ Catered at the shop...we had way more than we could eat.
I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did! We loved having everyone in and it is a good warm feeling knowing that others care as much as you do.

I was planning to have a grand opening/shop warming after things got settled down after the move. That was twenty-four years ago and I haven't had one yet. So don't put it off, just do it.

Would love to come and check out you new digs. Still busy with the addition to the house, but in another month maybe... If not I could get some binoculars and look out across the water to see your new place...lol
