I rent these short term portable signs as a side business and have been using fluor. Vinyl. However it is quite pricey. Especially for Signs that usually only stay up 1-6 months.

I am currently trying an experiment with Krylon
since short term and trying to save as much as possible using Calendared vinyl.

Scuffed, Cleaned with R. Prep Painted and Weeded.
Looks like the vinyl I pay 2.00 a foot for but.
Haven't put on the app. tape yet so I'm not sure if the paint will stay on or not.

And the lettering is large and spraying the whole 24" Sheet 8' long takes some time and is hard to tell if its even or not.

Am I on the right track or way off base. Is there a better fluorescent paint that is still economical that possibly could be rolled on or sprayed with hvlp.???????

On a permanant sign wouldn't consider it but for signs that are only up a month or two a cheaper alternitive would sure help.

Thanks
Dave
