Awhile back myself and another letterhead mentioned that they had problems with Transfer Rite tape not working. I've recieved 2 emails from Brian LaBau, their Northeast manager. I eplained my problems with the tape and he is sending me 2 rolls to try. My purpose in writing this post is to publicaly thank the company for their excellent customer service. Attention to customer service has become a rare thing these days.

Thanks for the compliments. This website and trade shows are the best ways for us to hear from all of you first hand. We need your feedback, good or bad, so that we can keep track of how TransferRite and our distributors are performing.
Now, Michael, all we have to do is figure out why you're having trouble, and then we'll consider our job complete!

Sara, Thanks for the concern. Further proof that your company takes care of it's customers! I realize that there are going to be quality probems with any product...it's the law of averages. But the manner in which a company handles the problems is how that company gets my business and respect. My main problem with this issue has not been your product but how the distributor handled it...I still haven't received a refund and it's been over a month!
