So sorry for your loss A. Losing someone is hard enough but for it to be so sudden and unexpectedly like that is awful.

And so young.. a year older than me. Sorry for your loss. Even at my age, I keep trying to tell my kids things here and there that they may need to know if I go suddenly...like passwords on electronic accounts, Quicbooks, etc.

We got to Jim's folks in about 14 hours...we made good time. It was sad to think it took Kathy's passing to bring family members together for the first time in years. But the good thing was it did, and there was alot of sharing about her life, catching up with others' lives and I saw a lot of exchanging of new phone numbers and email addresses.
We are at my Dad's in the Bay Area until Tuesday, then we head back to Oroville to see Jim's parents again before heading home Wednesday morning.
Just a reminder... If you haven't talked to your sister, brother or parents in a while, give them a call and make sure you tell them you love them....
