Just put wheels on it and have the biggest mobile sign shop around. It can't possibly go slower than the Florida drivers I get stuck behind in the North Carolina mountains.

Will do. My brother lived in Asheville for several years in the '70s and early '80s and one of my sisters moved there shortly before he left. She now lives in Morganton. I know I've driven by your house in the past. Of course, that was before I was aware of EstiMate.

Cool David, see you next time you're here. Asheville, as you know, is awesome - and we just moved into a castle! (3rd floor offices)

As anyone that has ever been to the mountains of Western North carolina can attest, (I lived and worked in Cherokee for almost 20 years), NOTHING is slower than Forida tourists!!!! A slug on turtle's butt makes' em look like they're sittin' still!!
I could never tell you how many times I've been late to work because I was behind "Ma & Pa Floridiot" rubberneckin' to see a rock on the side of the road!!
See ya, R.T.

RT, it's even worse down here because they're everydamnwhere. I think it is because the sun has baked what few brain cells they have left. I'll try to send a few more your way!
Congrats, OP, looks like quite a project!

Cherokee, NC, the only small town with worse traffic than Branson, MO. Cherokee is a zoo even without the “Floridiots”... or was it because of them? I used to take the Blue Ridge Parkway and various National Forest Roads just to avoid spending the day trying to drive through that place.
OP’s mega shop on wheels would fit right in. Of course, it technically wouldn’t be a mobile sign shop since traffic doesn’t seem to move in Cherokee.

Well..those Florida drivers must be in a hurry to get to where they are going when they travel thru Georgia!! They drive like Amy! They blow our doors off on the way to Branson, Cherokee, or wherever they are headed. Congrats! on your building Joe. Wishing you cool dry days for the install! Judy

What's the dimensions? Don't forget to put some skylights in the roof. I have four in mine and they're well worth the money.

24' x 30' 14' front with a 10'x12' overhead door, 16' rear wall, all the rain water will go to front of building. no skylights, i dont want any thing where i can get a roof leak. the roof panels are 24' long...one piece..i like that. as for light panels...on the 16'high rear wall, iam gona replace 1st 3' comin down from the top of the roof with clear light panels for 12' wide. that will give plenty of light in and no chance of water entry.

That's what I mean by skylites. The roof panels are clear. One of mine did leak right after they first built it. One of the guys had driven a screw and missed the purlin. So he backed the screw out and drove it back in sideways to catch the purlin. (a customer and I just happened to be right under him and watched him do it) They came back and fixed it. I don't leak anymore and we've had some frog stranglers in the past few weeks.

NO SKYLIGHTS! my roof will be 24' panels no breaks. iam talkin bout the rear vertical wall, it will 16' tall. iam gona put 3' tall x 12' long at the top, clear panel there. so it will be 13 foot of metal wall with a 3 foot wall of light from there to the eave.
