I'm looking for a Mirror Copper Film, exterior grade. Can I find such a thing?

No one I've seen carries it. Around here in the last year or so, someone has been using sheet copper for roofing to make signs. They are starting to go green now, which may be why no film for us.

Most "mirror" type films are actually silver, but with a transparent colored varnish applied over the silver to give the gold, copper, blue, green, red or whatever "look". Because the varnish breaks down with UV exposure, most of these types of film arn't recommended for exterior usage. If used outdoors, they'll last for short-term applications only and rapidly deteriorate to their base silver look.

The only thing I can think of doing is shooting a copper auto base coat / clear coat on vinyl. Dave Grundy uses base/clear on vinyl alot. I'd e mail him and see what he thinks. I know I've seen copper colored cars on the road.
