I'm referrring to the TV show.....

Just curious as to how many are fans here and if any of you will be attending the Moosefest later this month (like a Letterhead meet, for fans of the show)

I'm a bit disapointed that so few of the cast members will be there this year...

Anyway, I am not planning on going, I've been to Roslyn twice though (once while they were filming)

The show is back on on the Hallmark channel nightly at 10 pm, for those of you who are interested.

It's still my favorite after all these years!

Hi John!! Been biking anywhere interesting lately?
You and your wife should come and visit out here sometime.

(We will have a guest room soon)

My toe is getting better, it's still healing...but at least I got to keep it!

We are working long hours here. There is so much to do...
tend the vegetable gardens, pull out TONS of ivy, haul it to the dump, take care of our flock of 19 chickens (more on them soon), mow our 5.2 acres, mend fences, pick wild huckleberries and blackberries, make jam, all this and getting my new shop done...

We don't knock off for dinner till 9 pm everynight.

Electrical work is finished

Tomorrow we start the sheetrock, I'll have 4 guys (including Jim) and myself doing the work...I hope we can get most of it done in one day.

My little reception area/office is almost finished as well as the storage room and I got the sound system wired in and working too!

I keep imagining my first meet here someday and that keeps me inspired to keep going.

Can't wait to hang up my panels and awards to show off [Razz]

A [Smile]

Without a doubt, one of my favorite shows. Too bad it didn't last longer. Seen every single episode. Thanks for the update on the re-runs.

I just love that show. But too bad they didn't have a signpainter in the show. I could have been perfect for the job. I could have been the local Signshop and Mexican Restaurant combo.

Hi Letterville,
Like the others in this post, Northern Exposure is my all time favorite TV series. Second place is far behind.

Unfortunately, the Hallmark Channel is only airing the show at 1:00 AM (2:00 AM Mountain time). I found the Hallmark Channel Web Site and confirmed the info for the month of July. Hallmark has a Feedback page on their site:
Hallmark Channel Feedback

Hopefully others here will go to the page and request an afternoon or evening time slot.

One of my favorite shows had Holling and Ruth Anne looking around the Brick for anyone smoking or eating too much fatty foods. Since the ground would freeze too hard in the Winter to dig the holes, they had to anticipate how many to dig in the fall. Living in Jackson Hole, WY, we experience a similar circumstance. Holes for sign posts are almost impossible to dig. Cable TV lines and phone lines are often run above ground in the winter, then buried in the Spring when the ground thaws.

If you are a fan, please go fill out a feedback form!

Mike, thanks for the link to the feedback. I've voiced my opinion for an earlier slot.

BTW, I did get the message you left about the custom font you created (Americana on your web site), that I had questioned. I appreciate the call back, and I am sorry I didn't let you know I got it. Would love to hear some more details on how you did it.

PS, I know what you mean about the frozen ground, ha ha.

Thanks again,
Bob K.

We have Direct TV, and it's been on at 10pm here....unfortunatly, that's the same time slot as the two episodes of the Red Green show we watch every night! [Roll Eyes]

Set up your VCRs......
