Scott,
I looked over the site. It may be a truly great program...I couldn't say, but the first thing that comes to mind for me is the fact I don't scan "from/in" Illustrator. Maybe others do. I normally do my scanning while in Photoshop where I can crop, rotate, delete stray marks and dots, and adjust the image prior to vectorizing (assuming I use an auto-vectorizing program at all). It seems a bit expensive to me, but it has been a long time since I purchased my original Streamline program.

There are a few steps involved in scanning, saving to tif, opening and converting in Streamline, and saving in Illustrator, but I'd have to be doing a lot of raster-to-vector work before I'd consider the extra expense.

I'm with Scott, if anyone spends the $175-$350 for the program, I'd like to hear how you like it. I didn't download the demo version but I see that is available.
