I have a customer that wants his lettering in a rope looking letter style. Can anyone direct me to a font that would be downloadable. Or maybe email me one that you have? any help would be appreciated.

thanks for the tip Mike! I forgot about being able to do things by hand. If I remember correctly there once was a time in one of my past lives that I did all my signs by hand! How bout if I just lay the rope out in the letters I need and take a picture then scan that in then posterize it then. . . oh come on there's got to be a font!

Don't know name of font,as that isn't my bag, but the way I do that is to find an equadistance script and cut mask, color in w/light color first, then come back in w/dkr.version of first color and S stripe over that, creating a rope effect. right Mike? de-da-de-da-da-de da!!! lead to deuln' banjo's...heh-heh

Dan, they get a little touchy around here about asking for fonts and clip art... You have Corel, right? I looked in the recent book and couldn't find it but I am pretty sure that past versions had a rope alphabet. Try going back to 5 or 9 and see if you can find it. It was names "Western_____" , I think. It might be under symbols not alphabets. Hope ya find it. Sorry I can't be more help.
p.s. I think you're a sign god, Dan. Especially after you em-ceed that Letterhead Squares!!
