But not at the same time. I can't cut.

Is this a new install, or was it working fine before and it just started doing this?

This is how my pc version 6.6 v1 works. When in Flexi...go to file....then cut. If production manager needs to be set-up a box will pop up asking "on this computer" or "network" or "web address" Set up your port, ect... and you're done. Mine seems to lose the information quite a bit and need this done. I think it's because of closing the program "before" closing prod. manager.

Also you might try this. In Production Manager go to Setup and then Setup Properties. Check the port settings and everything there. Then save preferences in Flexi.

Also, several of us have had to clear the "preferences" to fix little bugs.

If you have firewall software, make sure App.exe and App2.exe are given full server rights. In my Windogs 2000 system, they are found under Program Files/FlexiSIGN-PRO 7.5/Program. Any time ZoneAlarm gets updated or tweaked, I have to reset those permissions.

Do a hard boot.
Turn everything off, printers, scanner and
whatever and then hit the master switch
overload protector and
computer at the same time.
Computer should reconize all periferals.
