I've got a price shopping customer that came in with a request for individual polyethylene wall lettering. I'm thinking that it is a Corian type product but wanted to check here to see if that is correct.

Pat, Corian and it's counterparts (pun intended) are an acrylic polymer. They cut and polish beautifully. Polyethylene, on the other hand, is basically a polymerized candle wax. machining and polishing it suxx!
