Nothing is in the mail yet Dave. How about your mail, did you receive the photo I sent you? I cropped a photo that a helpful Lettervillian sent of your panel a day or so after the meet. I want to be sure that you received it, and it is what you want to use.
I've received email from some of you that for one reason or another, haven’t responded to my returned mail. Please, if you have corresponded with me lately, let's get this completed, at least respond to the mail. (a quick note so I know what the status is . . .thank you )
The eighth pair was matched up a few days ago. Am I the only person that gets such a kick out of seeing the panels others make? I some how don't think so.

I sent along the pic I wanted to use on the 21st (a few hours before you sent me the one you had). Basically the same pic only the one I had, had a bit less glare.
Can't be it made it to you. Hmmm.
Anyhow, i've resent it just now. Hopefully it makes it to you safe and sound this time.

My panel is done!! . . . My pics are being developed and will be ready Tuesday, and then I'll figger out the best method to to get the pic to your eyeball Dave . .
A few of my friends have come by the shop and are curious about "panels" and "meets" . . . LOL!! They can't understand that we would cast aside our paying work to "do stuff like that" . . .
LOL, I mean 'lectricians don't get together and wire stuff for each other . . .or swap custom-made electrical gadgets . . .
I have'nt heard of mechanics having "meets" and working on all their cars together . . .
Some of my friends wonder what I'm REALLY doing when I go out of town for a "Letterhead meet"!!!
LOL . . I told 'em we're examining & using all kinds of paraphanalia and sucking up all sorts of chemicals and "seeing" all manner of signage and art come to life . . ."

By chance, do ya mention to your friends that not only are you venturing to parts unknown, but hooking up and shackin' with people you've met on the Internet? Pretty scary, eh?
Cher.

Even though Dave got my panel pic by deadline, I still have some touchups, so the final pic will be sent by Tues or Wed! (I keep asking who my recipient is, as I'll need the addy, Dave!)

Here is another reminder for everyone that is interested in participating. This is how the swap works. This is really simple. No need to promise anything, just complete a panel. Once your panel is completed, either send a photo and your return mailing information to the originally posted address (please refer to the initial panel swap 4 post) or email a digital photo and your return mailing information to the provided email address. (Please refer to the initial panel swap 4 post)
Once I receive that information, I then match you with the first other participant available and email each of you your respective information. I can't send a blank page to your partner for a mailing address. If you each want to email back and forth to attain the address', fine with me. Just tell me so; we can work that sort of problem out.
If for some reason, you want to personalize the panel and want your partners name before you ship it, just provide your information and photo so I can make the match. (We can update the photo later if you wish.)
Once you both receive the panels, let me know. I want you to see them first. Once you see them, and let me know you have seen them, I will post the photo links.
If there are an odd number of panels at the end, (November, 14th 2004 at 11:59 pm, your time zone,) I will solve the problem then.
I hope this helps.

Dave are you receiving all your mail? Someone else told me they sent a letter but you never got it. Remember.... Uncle Scrooge may be sending out bills! (I think letterville has four addy's on me. It's nice to have relatives that are home in the day!)

If anyone is having trouble contacting me, please send a PM or IM here in Letterville. I'd like to know about this, others I have asked tell me there is no problem. It makes one wonder though.

I think it’s kind of like the sound of a thousand chickens clearing their throats at the same time. Can you hear it? She's getting ready to sing.

Ok people, the receiving booth has closed. Except for those I have corresponded with and worked out plans to received, no more panels will be taken. If you have made a panel for this swap and have had trouble getting in contact with me for one reason or another, try again. Otherwise, the twelve pairs of swappers will stand as the final count.
All that remains to be done in this swap is the final shipping and posting. Steve is planning to put a slide show of the swap together when we are all finished up. It shouldn't be more than a week or so, two at the most. Thanks again for all the interest; now we're on to the next one.

We have 14 pairs matched. We are waiting on shipping mainly, and some folks being away. We'll probably be all wrapped up by Christmas. I hope so anyway.
